13 Jun 2017: Dear valued agents, please be informed that last day delivery service before Raya holiday is on Wednesday (21 Jun 2017), self collect at Penang office for Whizet items is on Thursday (22 Jun 2017). We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept return or exchange following our policy written below.
Items are returnable or exchangeable within 5 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.
Important Notes :
- Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Customers need to submit the request within 5 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 5 days will not be entertained.
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be sent out from customers side within 3 days upon successful request.
- Postage of return and replacement will be borne by Whizet for the items with reason stated at "Returnable/Exchangeable" Section.
- Items can be exchanged with the same design and color only.
- If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.
- Remaining top up has to be paid if higher price item is selected. Balance will be credited back to your account balance if lower price item is selected. No refund is allowed.
- For international order customers, postage of return and replacement will be borne half by the customers for items with reason stated at "Returnable/Exchangeable" Section.
- Pre order items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
- Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg. Left right sleeve not balance)
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code, style or color)
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Transparent slightly or bad odor.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.
- Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.
- Pre order items that due to size, color, design, and material problem is not returnable or exchangeable.
