General

Q : What is the wholesale price?
A : The prices shown on our website are the wholesale price. For normal member, minimum order required to enjoy wholesale price is 10 pcs. Can mix designs. For prepaid member, no minimum order, please refer Membership Discounts for our prepaid membership packages.


Q : Does the prices shown on the website include postage?
A : The prices shown on website is not including postage. The postage is calculated based on your order’s total weight and delivery location. Kindly refer Shipping & Delivery for shipping postage.


Q : How long does it takes to restock sold out items?
A : Usually it will take 1 to 2 weeks to restock. However, there might be slight chances that the sold out items will not be restock if there is problem with the materials or fabrics. Kindly register and submit for the restock alert by clicking the 'notify me when available' button, we will inform you once items restock or some rare cases not restock anymore.


Q : Can I copy or download the photos from your website to promote ?

A : Yes, you are free to copy or download the photos from our website.


Q : Do you have any discount if I purchase in huge quantity?
A : Yes, You can get 5% discount by purchase 30 pcs or above. For more discount, you may refer Bulk Order Discount for more details.


Shipping and Delivery

Q : How long does it take for delivery?

A : For West malaysia, the estimated delivery is 1 to 2 working days. As for Sabah and Sarawak, the estimated delivery is 2 to 3 working days.


Q : What is the postage fee?

A : You can refer Shipping & Delivery for our postage rates.


Q : Will the courier service deliver to my doorstep?

A : Yes, the courier service will provide door to door service.


Q : How do I get the tracking number?

A : We will email you the tracking number before 6pm for weekday and before 12.30pm for Saturday. Kindly fill in your email address instead of customer email (for dropship) at receiver details.


Payment Inquiry

Q : What are the payment methods available?

A : You can refer to this link for payment methods: Payment Methods.


Q : What should i do after payment?

A : You may email, whatsapp or sms us the payment details including username or order number.


Return and Exchange

Q : Do you accept return?

A : Yes, please refer Return Policy for our return policy.


Q : May I know which address should I send to return the goods?

A : Kindly inform us first before any return. After successful request, you can send the goods to our address which is WHIZET PLT, K-5-3, Bay Avenue, Lorong Bayan Indah 2, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. For droshipper, you can replace our company with your own name (return department) for your customer to send back directly to us.


Q : Can I exchange or get refund if the items received is damaged/defective?

A : Yes, you can return & exchange to get a (same design, colour & size) replacement (we bear postage) or change to other items (we don't bear postage). But no refund.


Q : What is the process to return the products purchased?

A : The process to return the products purchased is request for return by email us the order number and the photo of defective or damaged products within 5 days after date of received. Upon successful request, kindly send back the products to us using poslaju or skynet within 3 days. Put a note inside parcel which indicate the order number and reason for return. We will proceed your return & exchange when we received it.


Q : Can i return the product if it is unfit?

A : Yes, you can return the product and change to other size or other item, we do not bear the postage. (Sales item and lingerie are not allowed to return except damage)


International Order

Q : Do you accept international orders?

A : Yes, we do accept international orders.


Q : What is the postage rate and delivery timeframe for international order?

A : For international order postage rate, kindly refer International Order.


Q : What is the price for example in India Rupee?

A : You can use the converter situated at the top left corner of our website. Just select the currency and the price shown on the website will change to the currency you have selected.


Order Inquiry

Q : Is there  a minimum order?

A : Yes, our minimum order is 10pcs for normal member. Prepaid member no minimum orders. Please kindly refer Membership Discounts.


Q : Can I buy less than 10pcs?

A : Purchase less than minimum order is not allowed for normal member, but it is only allowable for prepaid members, kindly refer Membership Discounts for more info.


Q : Can I mix items for the minimum purchase of 10 items or is it same item 10pcs?

A : You are free to mix any items, designs and colours for the minimum of purchase.


Dropship Service

Q : How to join dropship?

A : Dropship is available for prepaid members only. See below on how to become a prepaid member.


Q : How to become a prepaid member?

A : You can register an account at our website first, its free. Then, you can choose a prepaid membership package you want. After you make payment, kindly inform us the payment info and your username. We will upgrade your account to the membership and you can start dropshipping. When you place order, the prepaid amount will be used to pay for your orders. Just reload again when prepaid balance is finished. You can also choose other membership packages and enjoy more discount. Just top up the amount required for the membership package when the prepaid balance is finished. Package details can visit this link: Membership Discounts.


Q : Can I order less than 10pcs for prepaid member or do i have to purchase minimum 10pcs?

A : No, there is no minimum order for prepaid members. You can even purchase one item per order.


Q : Will my credit balance expired?

A : No, there will be no expiry date to your prepaid balance credit.


Account Inquiry

Q : How long does it takes to update my member account after top up?

A : We will update you member account within working hours (working days).


Q : Is there any fee for prepaid members?

A : The prepaid package you pre-pay, its not a fee, its a pre-payment in advance, it will be used to pay for your orders later.


Q : What are the differences between normal and prepaid members?

A : For normal members, minimum 10 items per order, no need prepayment. For prepaid members, prepayment in advance, no minimum order.
